Financial statements 2022

On 21 March 2023, the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA approved the financial
statements for 2022 for issuance, subject to approval by the Annual General
meeting on 10 May 2023. Attached are the consolidated statements of income,
comprehensive income, financial position, cash flows and changes in equity for
2022.

The financial statements are adjusted compared to the preliminary and unaudited
2022 results reported by Telenor Group on 2 February 2023 in the following
areas:

- Net income has increased by NOK 216 million due to allocation of net income
for Digi between non-controlling interests and controlling interests. The
unpublished results for the listed company Digi could not be allocated before
the new, merged company CelcomDigi published their results. The change has
impacted net income allocated to non-controlling interests only, whereas net
income allocated to the shareholders of Telenor ASA remains unchanged.

- Reduction of non-current interest-bearing debt with a corresponding increase
of current interest-bearing debt of NOK 573 million.
