Share buyback

Please see attached information about transactions made under Telenor ASA’s
share buyback program. Further information about the share buyback programme can
be found in the 6 February stock exchange announcement.

During week 11, Telenor ASA purchased 1,259,048 own shares. The total number of
shares bought in the market under the share buyback programme is 11,374,565.
During week 11, participants in the employee share programme got allocated
shares. Including treasury shares and after allocation, Telenor owned a total of
11,834,756 own shares at the end of week 11.
