Himalaya Shipping Ltd. (the "Company") advises that a Special General Meeting of
the Company was held on March 20[th] 2023 at 9am ADT at 2[nd] Floor, The S.E.
Pearman Building, 9 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda.

The following resolution was passed:

To approve amended and restated Bye-Laws being adopted as the new Bye-Laws of
the Company in substitution and replacement of the existing Bye-laws.
