company Gracchus AS, on March 16th, bought a total of 197.912 shares in Inin
Group AS at an average price of NOK 2.5258 per share. Following the transaction
Leif Salomonsen and related parties’ control 197.912 shares in Inin Group.

Patrik Egeland, from 1st April Investment Director in Inin Group AS, has through
the company Vendla Invest AS, on March 16th, bought a total of 197.912 shares in
Inin Group AS at an average price of NOK 2.5258 per share. Following the
transaction Patrik Egeland and related parties’ control 412 912 shares in Inin
Group AS.

Øivind Horpestad, CEO of Inin Group AS, has through the company Gimle Invest AS,
on March 16th, bought a total of 100.000 shares in Inin Group AS at an average
price of NOK 2.5258 per share. Following the transaction Øivind Horpestad and
related parties’ control 13 935 736,00 shares in Inin Group AS.

Simultainously, non-primary insider, Gjermund Sogn, CEO of Nordic Infrastructure
Group AS, 100% owned Subsidiary of Inin Group, has through the company Sogn
Invest AS, on March 16th bought a total of 39,591 shares in Inin Group AS at an
average price of NOK 2.5258 per share.
Following the transaction Gjermund Sogn and related parties’ control 13 151
947,00 shares in Inin Group AS.
