Komplett Bank ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Komplett Bank ASA (the
"Company") on 10 March 2023 regarding the extraordinary general meeting's
approval of the share capital increase related to the private placement that was
successfully placed on 16 February 2023. The share capital increase pertaining
to the issuance of the 18,181,818 new shares has today been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 205,776,306
divided into 205,776,306, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
