Notification of acquisition of shares by primary insider

The primary insider, Celina Midelfart, who is a member of the Board of Siem
Offshore Inc., is the chairman of the board of Midelfart Capital AS. On 15 March
2023, Midelfart Capital AS purchased 488 586 shares in Siem Offshore Inc.
(SIOFF) at a nominal share price of NOK 16,8051 per share. Total purchase price
was NOK 8 210 737. Following the purchase Midelfart Capital AS owns shares equal
to 1,562% of the shares issued.
