Energeia AS: Mandatory notification of trade

Jakobsen Energia AS, a company 100% owned by Viktor E Jakobsen, CEO of Energeia
AS (the "Company"), has on the 15th of March 2023 acquired 117 749 shares in the
Company at a price of NOK 1,8969 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the
Transaction, Jakobsen Energia AS holds 18 716 349 shares, representing 15,7% of
the outstanding shares in Energeia AS.
