Change in the holding of Tietoevry's own shares

Tietoevry Corporation ("Tietoevry") has today assigned a total of 302 789
treasury shares to 478 key employees related to the company's long-term
incentive plans. These shares are a reward payment for the earnings period
2020-2022.

After the transfer of the shares on 16 March, Tietoevry holds a total of 34 679
own shares.
