Canopy Holdings AS - Financial results for the third quarter FY 2022/2023

(Oslo, 16 March 2023) Canopy Holdings AS (Canopy Holdings, Euronext Growth
Oslo:CAN) reported revenues of NOK 27.9 million in the financial third quarter
ending 31 January 2023. This represents a growth of 4% compared to reported
revenues of NOK 27.0 million in the corresponding period last year. The company
had a cash position of NOK 16.8 million as per 31 January 2023.

"Canopy Holdings has continued to deliver on its growth strategy during this
quarter with acquisition of new customers and a clear focus on profitability
through cost rationalization initiatives. For the full financial year 2022/2023
(ending 30 April 2023) we expect revenues in excess of NOK 80 million which
would correspond to a year-over-year growth in excess of 10%. For the upcoming
2023/2024 financial year we target revenues of at least NOK 110 million (?EUR
9.5 million) coupled with profitability for our operating entities, says
Christian Erlandson, CEO of Canopy Holdings.

"During the upcoming months we expect to see a strong close to the winter season
and anticipate significant traction for the early summer season in our parks and
attractions offerings across North America and Europe", Erlandson concludes.
