NorAm Drilling AS – Mandatory Notification of Trades by Primary Insiders

NorAm Drilling AS today received the following trade notifications from persons
discharging managerial responsibilities:

• Ole B. Hjertaker (through Splendini AS), chair of the Company’s board of
directors, has on 15 March, 2023 acquired a total of 14,638 shares in NorAm
Drilling AS at a price of NOK 56.53 per share. Following the transaction, Ole B.
Hjertaker through companies holds a total of 193,138 shares in the Company.

• Marius Furuly, Investor Relations and Strategy Director of the Company, has on
15 March, 2023 acquired a total of 2,000 shares in NorAm Drilling AS at a price
of NOK 56.50 per share. Following the transaction, Marius Furuly holds a total
of 16,108 shares in the Company.

The notifications concerning acquisition of shares are attached hereto.
