Airthings ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Airthings ASA (“Airthings”) has been notified that primary insider Geir
Førre(Chair) on March 14, 2023, purchased 250,000 shares at an average price of
NOK2.995 per share through Firda AS (100% Ownership). After the transaction,
Geir Førre holds 32,232,039 shares in Airthings through Firda AS. This is after
accounting for the share lending agreement pursuant to which Firda AS has
granted Carnegie AS an option to borrow up to 3,625,000 shares in Airthings ASA
("Airthings") to facilitate settlement in the private placement of new shares as
noted in the stock exchange announcement on 9 March 2023.
