Magnus Halvorsen, Chairperson of 2020 Bulkers Ltd., has on March 15, 2023,
exercised 400 000 share options. The share options had a strike price of
US$4.985 per share.

Following the transaction, Magnus Halvorsen and MH Capital AS combined owns
2 032 118 shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd.
