Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to
800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for
employees.

From 7 March through 13 March the company bought 60,550 shares at an average
price of NOK 61.7512. See the attached documents for detailed information about
the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 106,100 shares at an average price of NOK
61.7448 since 1. March.

After these transactions, the company owns 167,606 treasury shares.
