Share buyback

Please see attached information about transactions made under Telenor ASA’s
share buyback program. Further information about the share buyback programme can
be found in the 6 February stock exchange announcement.

During week 10, Telenor ASA purchased 1,924,200 own shares. The total number of
shares bought in the market under the share buyback programme is 10,115,517.
Including treasury shares, Telenor owned a total of 10,888,878 own shares at the
end of week 10.
