Resolution for delisting of Convene Holding AS’ bonds from Oslo Børs

Convene Holding AS has in a letter dated 10th of March 2023, applied for the
company's bonds HIBID01 and HIBID02 to be delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange
in accordance to Rule Book II, section 2.11.2 (4).

The Oslo Stock Exchange has made the following resolution:

“The bonds issued by Convene Holding AS - HIBID01 and HIBID02 - will be delisted
from the Oslo Stock Exchange from and including 16.03.2023. The last day of
listing will be 15.03.2023”
