NOL - Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Jonas Ytreland, chief financial officer, has purchased 150,000 shares in
Northern Ocean Ltd. (NOL). Following this purchase Jonas Ytreland owns 150,000
shares in NOL. The shares were purchased 13 March 2023 at an average purchase
price of NOK 12.723, as described in the attached form. This information is
subject to the disclosure requirements in Article 19 of MAR (Regulation (EU) No.
596/2014 on market abuse) as implemented in Norway in accordance with section
3-1 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
