Herning, Denmark, 10 March 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcements by Everfuel A/S (the "Company") on 9 March 2023 regarding the
issue of 8,279,960 new shares upon completion of a private placement of shares.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares in the
private placement has now been registered with the Danish Business
Authorities.The Company's new registered share capital is DKK 862,799.60 divided
on 8,627,996 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 0.1 per share.
