Ocean Yield - Buy-back of bonds

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 8 March 2023 regarding Ocean
Yield AS' issuance of new senior unsecured bonds. In conjunction with the new
bond issue, Ocean Yield AS has repurchased NOK 292.5 million of outstanding
bonds with ticker OCY07 (ISIN: NO0010869720) and USD 37.7 million of outstanding
bonds with ticker OCY06 (ISIN: NO0010861594).

Arctic Securities AS, Danske Bank, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge and
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as Joint Lead Managers for the
transaction.
