Nordic Aqua Partners A/S - Mandatory notification of trade

Nordic Aqua Partners A/S (Euronext Growth Ticker: NOAP) has been notified that
the following transaction has been completed by a primary insider in Nordic Aqua
Partners:

Kontrari AS ("Kontrari"), a close associate of Vegard Gjerde, board member of
the Company and primary insider, has sold 115,000 shares in Nordic Aqua Partners
for an average price of NOK 65 per share.

Atle Eide, who has been proposed to be elected as new Chairman of the board of
directors in Nordic Aqua Partners A/S, cf. the notice to an extraordinary
general meeting announced yesterday, has indirectly bought 115,000 shares in
Nordic Aqua Partners through Maringto AS for an average price of NOK 65 per
share. After the transaction, Maringto AS holds 115,000 shares.
