Oslo, 9 March 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Ayfie Group AS (the "Company") on 27 February 2023 regarding the extraordinary
general meeting resolving a reverse share split of the Company's shares in the
ratio of 8:1.

The reverse share split has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the share capital of the
Company is NOK 27,726,694 divided into 13,863,347 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 2.
