With reference to the stock exchange announcement from SoftOx Solutions AS
("SoftOx" or the "Company") on March 3, 2023, the webcast presentation, due to
take place on March 8, 2023, has been postponed. The Board of Directors and the
management are considering different financing solutions and this process will
be further addressed during the presentation.

The webcast presentation by management will take place on Tuesday, March 14th at
