Nordic Aqua Partners A/S - New share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Nordic Aqua
Partners A/S ("NOAP" or the "Company") on 1 March 2023, regarding the resolution
to issue 4,615,384 new shares in NOAP (the "Private Placement").

The Private Placement has now been completed and registered with the Danish
Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen). As a result, the Company's registered
share capital is now DKK 14,899,368 consisting of 14,899,368 shares, each with a
par value of DKK 1.
