Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”)
on 6 March 2023 regarding the registration of the share capital increase in
connection with Tranche 1 the Company’s private placement.

the shares to Wilhelmsen New Energy AS under the share lending agreement between
DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA (on behalf of ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Arctic
Securities AS, DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Fearnley Securities AS and
Pareto Securities AS, the joint bookrunners in the Private Placement) and the
Company, pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
