Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to
800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for
employees.

From 1 March through 6 March the company bought 45,550 shares at an average
price of NOK 61.7362. See the attached documents for detailed information about
the transactions made.

After these transactions, the company owns 107,056 treasury shares.
