Rune Halseid, Chief Project Officer Ammonia in Horisont Energi (ticker code:
HRGI), has on 27 February 2023 been allocated 7,500 share options with an
exercise price of NOK 56.25 per share. Following the subscription, Halseid holds
29,500 share options in Horisont Energi.
