Ice Fish Farm - Mandatory notification of trade:

Eskifjörður, 2 March 2023: Irminger Holding ehf, a company wholly owned by Jens
Garðar Helgason, Deputy CEO of Ice Fish Farm AS (the "Company"), has today
bought 13 205 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 27,15 per share.
Following the transaction, Irminger Holding ehf holds a total of 85 339 shares
in the Company. Jens Garðar Helgason holds no other shares in the Company,
directly or indirectly.

Please see attached notification forms in accordance with the Market Abuse
Regulation article 19.
