Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”)
on 2 March 2023 regarding the successfully placed private placement of
48,000,000 new shares in the Company with a subscription price of NOK 25 per
share (the “Private Placement”).

The following primary insiders in the Company and close associates of primary
insiders were allocated shares in the Private Placement:

•Framnes Holding AS, close associate of primary insider Håvard Framnes, board
member, was allocated 20,000 shares in the Private Placement ;

•Jan Eyvin Wang, board member, was allocated 44,553 shares in the Private
Placement;

•Adrian Geelmuyden, board member, was allocated 12,000 shares in the Private
Placement;

•Kold Invest AS, close associate of primary insider Martha Kold Bakkevig, board
member, was allocated 4,000 shares in the Private Placement;

•Tom Johan Austrheim, CFO, was allocated 20,000 shares in the Private Placement;


•Nora Invest I AS, close associate of primary insider Jan Lodden, COO, was
allocated 48,000 shares in the Private Placement;

•Wilhelmsen New Energy AS, close associate of primary insider Jan Eyvin Wang,
was allocated 12,000,000 shares in the Private Placement;

•Østensjø Wind AS, close associate of primary insider Håvard Framnes, was
allocated 4,800,000 shares in the Private Placement.

In addition, Wilhelmsen New Energy AS has lent out 6,431,448 shares in the
Company to the managers of the Private Placement to facilitate DVP settlement in
the Private Placement.
