Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane

Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane has today issued a dated Tier 2 bond in the amount
NOK 300 million. The new issuance will have a first call option for the issuer
5.5 years after settlement date. The new bond issue will have a coupon
corresponding to 3 months NIBOR + 1.85% p.a.

Settlement date is 8 March 2023.
