Håvard Moe, SVP Technology in Elkem ASA (OSE ticker code: "ELK"), has on 1 March
2023 sold 100,000 shares in Elkem ASA at an average price of NOK 39.6272 per
share. Following this transaction Håvard Moe holds 10,000 shares and 500,000
options in Elkem ASA.
