Q4 2022 interim report and webcast

Today Lifecare publish Q4 2022 interim report.

The consolidated group financials show a revenue in Q4 of 5.31 MNOK, compared to
1,6 MNOK in Q4 2021. The unaudited interim figures for 2022 show a revenue of
20,7 MNOK compared to 1,6 MNOK in 2021. The report is attached to this release
and are also available on Lifecare's website in the Investor Section.

Lifecare AS will host an online presentation of the Q4 2022 report today at
