Key information relating to the proposed final dividend to be paid by Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited

28 February 2023 – Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company')
announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has resolved to recommend
the payment of a final dividend of US$0.04 per share for the year ended 31
December 2022 and such dividend is subject to the approval by the shareholders
at the forthcoming annual general meeting scheduled on 24 May 2023.
