Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 10 February 2023 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated
repurchase of up to 200 000 shares for the company's employee share and
incentive programs.

From 13 February through 24 February the company bought 53,637 shares at an
average price of NOK 152.25. See the attached documents for detailed information
about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the Company owns 53,637 treasury shares.
