Skandia Greenpower AS - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Skandia Greenpower AS
(the "Company") on 23 February 2023 regarding the extraordinary general
meeting's approval of the private placement of 40,185,760 new shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement was registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. After this, the
Company's new registered share capital is NOK 2,831,816.7 divided on 56,636,334
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
