Xplora Technologies AS - New date for Q4 22 Presentation & Invitation to Capital Markets Update

Xplora Technologies AS is pleased to invite investors, analysts and other
stakeholders on March 17 2023 to a presentation of the company's Q4 2022 and
2022 results, followed by a strategic review and Capital Markets Update. The
presentation will start at 11:00 and end at around 13:00 CET. We will serve a
light lunch during presentation and management will be available for discussion
and Q&A after the session.

The event will be held live at PlusArena in Strandgata 19, 0152 Oslo. All
presentations will be held in English. For planning purposes, we ask that you

Note: We have decided to move the original date for the Q4 presentation (March
1) to the new date (March 17) related to several strategic and important
meetings during this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (28/2-3/3) where
we originally had not planned to participate. March 17 is the first available
date and we therefore choose to combine Q4 reporting with a Capital Markets
Update to provide a thorough introduction to the company's development.
