Reference is made to the announcement published on 16 February 2023 by Standard
Supply AS concerning key information for a proposed cash dividend of NOK 0.10
per share. The cash dividend has today been approved by the Company's
extraordinary general meeting. The general meeting further decided that the
Payment Date shall be set to on or about 8 March 2023 (previous key information
indicated Payment Date on or about 3 March 2023).
