GLX HOLDING AS: Exercise of call option

Reference is made to the announcement made on 13 February 2023 where
GLX Holding AS notified Nordic Trustee AS of the exercise of its
call option for the remaining outstanding bonds under the bond issue
"GLX Holding AS NOK 2,000,000,000 FRN Senior Secured Callable Bond
Issue 2017/2023"(GLX01/ISIN NO 001 0812092).

The exercise of the call option was subject to certain conditions as
set out in the Call Option Notice being satisfied no later than on
23 February 2023.

We hereby confirm that the conditions to the call option have been
satisfied, and all outstanding bonds will be redeemed as planned.
The outstanding bonds will be repaid at 100.00% of the Nominal
Amount for each redeemed bond (plus accrued and unpaid interests on
the redeemed amount), with settlement date on 28 February 2023.
