Otovo ASA - Notification of primary insider trade and disclosure of large shareholdings

AxSol AB (“AxSol”), a close associate of primary insider and board member Johan
Erik Sixten Bergström in Otovo ASA, has today, 22 February 2023, bought
3,316,308 shares in Otovo ASA at an average price of NOK 16.744 per share. After
the transaction, AxSol holds 38,489,971 shares corresponding to 25.87 % of the
outstanding shares and votes in Otovo ASA. AxSol does not own any rights to
shares in Otovo ASA.
