KMC Properties - Invitation to presentation of results for the fourth quarter of 2022

KMC Properties ASA, a real estate company focusing on industrial and logistic
properties, will publish its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2022
on Thursday 23 February 2023.

The results will be available from 07:00 am CET at the company's homepage,
www.kmcp.no and Oslo Børs' news site, www.newsweb.no.

CEO Liv Malvik and CFO Kristoffer Holmen will present the results from 10:00 at
Sparebank 1 Markets's auditorium in Olav V's gate 5 in Oslo, Norway. The
presentation is open to all.

The presentation is also available through a live webcast from the company’s
homepage www.kmcp.no. It will be possible to post questions through the webcast
and a recording of the webcast will be made available from KMC Properties’
website.
