Initiation of share buyback in connection with Long Term Incentive Program

Entra intends to purchase 50,000 own shares in connection with allocation of
shares under the long-term incentive share program for senior management. The
buyback will be made in accordance with the authorization granted at the Annual
General Meeting held on 22 April 2022 where the minimum and maximum price that
can be paid per share were set at NOK 50 and NOK 300, respectively. The buyback
will commence following this announcement and is expected to end no later than
28 February 2023. The shares shall be purchased on Oslo Børs.
