Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, board member of Veidekke and CEO of OBOS, today informed
Veidekke that he is resigning from the company's board of directors.
In December 2022, OBOS announced the purchase of a 6.5 per cent share of the

nomination committee has nominated Daniel Kjørberg Siraj to serve on the
company's board of directors. The election will take place at NCC's annual
general meeting on 31 March 2023.
To ensure an orderly transition between his board roles and comply with
competition regulations and considerations, Daniel Kjørberg Siraj withdraws from
board work in Veidekke effective immediately and will formally resign from
Veidekke's board of directors on 31 March 2023 in connection with NCC's annual
general meeting.
