M Vest Water AS: Mandatory Notification of Trade by Primary Insiders

Reference is made to the notification of primary insider trade on January 27,
2023. As a part of the demerger and the subsequent dissolution of Norwegian
Water Technologies AS (NWT) another major shareholder in NWT has acquired shares
from primary insider Atle Mundheim, Board member in M Vest Water AS.

On 17 February 2023, Atle Mundheim sold 1,200,000 shares in M Vest Water at an
average price of NOK 10.00 per share. After the transaction, Mundheim holds
1,958,019 shares and 80,000 options, of which 1,958,019 shares are held through
ATLICHKA HOLDING AS.


On 17 February 2023, primary insider Stein Giljarhus, CEO of M Vest Water AS,
bought 80,000 shares in M Vest Water at an average price of NOK 10.00 per share.
