EIOF – Invitation to presentation of Q4 2022 results

Eidesvik Offshore ASA will release its Q4 2022 report on February 23, 2023. The
report will be available at www.eidesvik.no and www.newsweb.no.

A presentation of the results will be held on February 23, 2023, at 08:30 am CET
by CEO Gitte Gard Talmo and CFO Helga Cotgrove.
