Otovo - Notification of primary insider trade

On 16 February 2023, primary insider Peter Mellbye, Chairman of the Board in
Otovo ASA, bought 10,000 shares in Otovo ASA at an average price of NOK 18.5.
After the transaction, Mellbye holds 70,000 shares, 20,000 of which are held
through Mellbyeslagsvold AS.

The primary insider notification form will be published in due course.
