In connection with decision on bonus to employees of Sparebanken Møres, the bank
has today transferred a total of 55.882 own Equity Capital Certificates (ECC) at
price NOK83 to the employees. CEO and his management group is not included in
the bonus arrangement. Following the completion of the transaction, Sparebanken
Møre owns a total of 95,045 ECC’s, corresponding to 0.19% of Sparebanken Møre’s
ECC.
