Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Tietoevry

Tietoevry Corporation        STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE        15 February 2023 2:00

The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23
March 2023 that for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 a total dividend
of EUR 1.45 per share be paid in two instalments.

The first dividend installment

· Dividend amount: EUR 0.725
· Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden
registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish
crowns. Dividends payable to shares registered in Euronext Securities
Oslo/Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS) will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch
in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.
· Last day including the right to dividend: 23 March 2023
· Ex-dividend: 24 March 2023
· Dividend record date: 27 March 2023
· Payment date: beginning from 5 April 2023
· Date of approval: subject to the decision by the Annual General Meeting to
be held on 23 March 2023

The second dividend installment

· Dividend amount: EUR 0.725
· Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden
registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish
crowns. Dividends payable to shares registered in Euronext Securities
Oslo/Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS) will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch
in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.
· Last day including the right to dividend: 21 September 2023
· Ex-date: 22 September 2023
· Dividend record date: 25 September 2023
· Payment date: beginning from 4 October 2023
· Date of approval: subject to the decision by the Annual General Meeting to
be held on 23 March 2023
