Firda AS, has today, 14.02.2023, purchased 165,000 shares in Airthings ASA
("Airthings") and has consequently passed the 20% disclosure threshold. After
this purchase, Firda AS holds 34,945,124 shares, corresponding to 20.08% of
Airthings' shares and voting rights.
