Xplora Technologies AS – CFO resignation

Xplora Technologies AS (“Xplora” or the “Company”) informs that Mikael Clement
has tendered his resignation from his position as CFO in Xplora in order to
pursue opportunities outside of the Company. Clement will remain in his current
role until a successor is in place.

“I am immensely grateful for my time at Xplora. It has been an extremely
exciting and rewarding journey, both on a personal and professional level. I am
proud of what we together have built and achieved and will follow the future
development of Xplora with great interest” says Mikael Clement.
