Otovo ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Otovo ASA ("Otovo") on 9
February 2023 regarding the extraordinary general meeting held on that day. The
general meeting inter alia resolved to increase the share capital of Otovo in
connection with the settlement of the private placement completed on 25 January
2023.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 12,575,452 new shares
in the private placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

The Company's new share capital is NOK 1,487,897.98, divided into 148,789,798
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
