Otovo ASA – Approval and publication of a prospectus supplement and admission to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by the Oslo Stock Exchange
today, 10 February 2023 regarding the approval of the transfer of listing of the
shares in Otovo ASA ("Otovo" or the "Company") from trading on Euronext Growth
Oslo to the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list (the "Listing").

The first day of trading of the Company's shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange's
main list is expected to be on or about 14 February 2023. Consequently, the last
day of trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be
13 February 2023.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw.: Finanstilsynet) has today
approved a prospectus supplement dated 10 February 2023 (the "Prospectus
Supplement") to the prospectus dated 9 December 2022 prepared in connection with
the Listing (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus Supplement has been prepared by
the Company to, inter alia, reflect the publication of the Company's Q4 results
on 25 January 2023, the new financing facility secured by the Company, the
successfully placed private placement of approximately NOK 250 million, as well
as certain other events in Otovo since the Prospectus date as further described
therein. The information contained in the Prospectus Supplement shall be
considered an integral part of, and is to be read together with, the Prospectus.
