procedures for transferring 5,007,812 class A shares in Odfjell SE (Oslo Børs:
ODF), representing 8.3% of the class A shares in Odfjell SE.

Following the share transfer, Stolt-Nielsen Limited will cease to hold any
shares in Odfjell SE, while Stolt-Nielsen Norway AS will hold 5,008,612 class A
shares and 5,055 class B shares in Odfjell SE.

Neither Stolt-Nielsen Limited nor Stolt-Nielsen Norway AS hold any other rights
to shares in Odfjell SE.
